"Beautiful casino, the rooms were tighty when we first checked in, but from our stay from sunday to wednesday our room was never cleaned once. When we called to ask about it they told us to make sure the sign wasnt on the door ( it was not and never was) and they would put us on a list at 12pm on tuesday. By 5pm our room still was not cleaned and when we called back this lady was very rude and said it wouldnt be cleaned that day and its because the order was put in late. She made it seem like it was our fault that we called late when it was because house keeping was down the hall so we assumed they be in there, but never were. The food, drinks, and casino were fantastic, but the hotel stay was not as great. Even checking in was not easy. id give this place 3/5 for the hotel portion and a 5/5 for the food and atmosphere."

"The room was clean and spacious. Check in was fast, easy and staff was courteous. Location was excellent, pretty much in the middle of the strip and walking distance to our concert and other attractions. We had a room that faced the strip. My only complaint would be the outside window was very crusty and the view was hindered because of it. So, there could’ve been a great view of the strip at night had it not been for the cloudy window. Many available eateries, which we went to breakfast at The Cafe. Great choice of food and very efficient service. Wish we could’ve stayed an extra day so that we could sleep in, and enjoy the very comfortable bed! Booking through Expedia was very easy and helpful. Got shuttle transfer to and from airport, which was great by the way, because we were only there shortly for an event. Overall, everything went smoothly and we had a very fun time!"
