"A very poor experience. Nothing on Hotel.com prepares you for the fact that you need to book in to another hotel's reception nor that when you try to do so the receptionist will deny knowing anything about the procedure. Nor will you know that, when you phone the hotel, they will sigh in exasperation that you cannot speak German and that they will be pretty rude to you. Add to the above that it took 45 minutes to check us in to a pre-booked reservation and the room service called at 8am and...

"This was a perfect stay. The hotel was lovely, staff all very helpful and a very good breakfast choice. Excellent location, very central. Hotel organised the transport to and from the airport for us (for an additional fee)and that worked very well too. "
