「This hotel said they do not have an account at hotels.com and did not receive any payments from them. I called hotels.com and they said I would have a refund in 72 hours. I still have not received this. Do not try to book here. Hotels.com must remove this listing. If I do not get a refund before I get home, I plan to file a complaint with the BBB. 」

「Globally, we are satisfied - very good price and the comfort. The only point may be the internet is not working all the time but that’s normal in Dakhla, nothing to do with this place. As we were with family and some of us, were old, it was not easy to take all the stairs until the 4th floor. The host was very helpful and available anytime ! That’s very important because no everything can be found on internet ! THANK YOU 」

「Nous avons été refusé dans l'établissement malgré notre réservation depuis la France. Avec 3 enfants dans un enfant en situation d'handicap, nous dut chercher un autre hébergement à 2 heures du matin à plus, de 4000 km de chez nous. 」
