「They reserved me a location that was't the one I was going to and when I go to the place they said there was nothing. Location issues completely. Everyone was rudeza they wouldnt even help me get a refund. It was a system issue.」

That horrible second hand smoke smell when you walk in the casino is definitely a downer. Sure wish the hotel was separate from the casino. I've eaten once in that restaurant on the ground floor; it is overpriced and pretty awful food. Wish there were other options with fresher and healthier food choices. And you have to head out of the casino to find anything for...

「The room was fairly clean but very worn out. Smears on walls, word cushions on seats, scratches on tv stand, etc. The pool was closed and was not available during our stay.」

「The employee that checked us in was wonderful. She was beyond helpful. We arrived flustered and she made check in smooth. Hotel was clean-the only thing that was odd was a pen found in plain sight on the ground when we got in our room. One of the dispensers in the shower was broken off -I believe it was replaced incorrectly as there were two conditioners instead of shampoo. Our door did not shut fully when closing the door-you have to pull hard on the handle to ensure it locked. Unfortunately...

「To be frank, we were skeptical pulling into Estherville about how nice the hotel might be. We were very pleasantly surprised at how updated and clean the hotel is. Very nice pool and hot tub, breakfast was on the simpler side but did not disappoint. Staff was polite and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!」
