「Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights, checked out early and while I was there I requested refund for last night twice at front desk. Hotel said contact Expedia, Expedia said contact hotel. Hotel not answering phone or responding to messages. Unhappy with customer service and will find new place to stay. 」

「Room was clean but rented to have a hot tube room and it did t work. The next morning told the man at the counter and he said that I should have told him that night and he would have fixed it with his sledge hammer will not stay there again. 」

「Nice hotel in a nice, safe-seeming area. Dog-friendly, but a serious pet fee. Very good, basic breakfast bar. Nice, helpful staff.」
