Reasonable room for the cost. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rm 408 noticed water on the floor around the toilet after flushing. Would have been nice if coffee and a TV station list had been available.

Breakfast was okay. Had to wait a handful of times because staff was not on top of things. Still uses tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner unlike most hotels that have the big squeeze bottles on the shower walls. Staff was okay, kind of we spoke to them but never greeted us we had to speak ...

Great place to stay with our grandchildren. They loved the pool, and all was comfortable.

The Suites at Hershey
Rooms were big and clean. Bathrooms were big and had plenty of towels. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Warm fireplace on the cold days. Pool was great but very busy.
