We booked a king bedroom and two Queen room. We have a microwave inside the king bedroom but not in the queen bedroom. Staff were very attentive, when we need a hairdryer and a trash can, they deliver fairly quickly. It was a great experience.

May/June 4 2026. This property was fantastic and in a great location for the west. The only reason for lower rating in some areas was due to the hotel being remolded while we where there. It was hard to relax during the day because they were doing construction. It's highly likely by the time the busy season starts the construction will be finished. Great place, clean, and comfortable. Not a lot of handicap parking but we were able to manage.

Well - give this hotel a few more months. It was still under construction. We had no hot water for the 1st 1.5 days, no breakfast, elevator was out, room wasn't full furnished... they just weren't ready to open. Megan at the front desk was AWESOME and tried her hardest; but they just shouldn't have opened until every room was ready.

This hotel is under renovation with many of the expected amenities still missing and rooms still having the smell of fresh paint which was highly inconvenient. Due to this we were asked to move to a different property which was a big hassle as we were traveling with kids. The staff however did try to do their best and help us move with all out stuff to a different property.

Is being remodeled. Some hardware is still not installed…no clothes rods, no towel rods, poor lighting. Only one microwave in the building, and it doesn’t operate properly. Front desk ladies were very nice, tho!

We were actually bumped to an affiliated hotel - the Yellowstone Park Hotel (just a block away). However, this ended up being good news as the new hotel upgraded us to a very nice room (a cabin actually) so this was a win for us. The "Explorer" cabin was very nice and spacious. My only small complaint was that the on-screen TV guide only showed "No information available" for every station. By luck, I found out channel 56 did provide a guide with info. The TV was really large - I would guess 50". They provided fire pits at night (one for each 4-5 cabins) along with the makings for smores in the room. There was also a nice small kitchen. All in all... very nice!

The staff were friendly and hospitable, and made sure you felt comfortable :) the rooms and facility were clean and the hot tub in pool area were very nice. The free breakfast had a decent selection and there were also freshly baked cookies and s’mores materials available in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again if visiting West Yellowstone.

The clean of the room is OK. The bathroom sink does NOT drain, the kitchen sink back float. I don’t care about the kitchen sink since we are not planing to cook anyway. I called the front desk and a maintenance guy arrived 45 min after with a long stick to supposedly unclog the bathroom sink. However, the next morning when we are brushing our teeth the drain stopped draining (seems like only working when you wash your hand with small amount of water). We ending up brushing our teeth in the bathtub. I did call the front desk again and report this but nothing change. Expedia mentioned free breakfast but the front desk said they stop providing free breakfast a few months ago. The room is noisy as well you can hear the kids upstairs running around and your neighbour taking shower. They do offer free parking and it’s only a few minutes drive from the West entrance of the Yellowstone national park. I do not recommend this hotel.
