The staff was courteous. The room was clean….the heat did have a bit of trouble making its way into the shower area….but the position of said heater and shower cannot be helped.

Great stay, clean, tidy, quiet and the reception staff we spoke to were really friendly. Great location for walking around West Yellowstone for bars, restaurants and easy access to Yellowstone National park too!
