The pools were not open on Saturday until late afternoon so we were unable to use them and the only ac was in the bedroom so the main room was extremely hot.

They said the room had 2 beds. In actuality, it had 1 bed and a sofa bed that you had to roll out. Its mattress was uncomfortable. Not enough blankets and shampoo.

Check in is at 4pm...EXACTLY 4 pm or later.. if you reach say 30 minutes before .you need to wait in your car as the management office would be locked .. Pool says should open at 9 am but opens when the management is on site .for us it was 9.30 .. for guests planning a quick dip before checkout at 10.. its kinda cutting close. personal experience - a sweet lady who was walking from the parking towards the main entrance , saw me dropping the kids in the drop box..she asked me to give it to her as she works in the office.. i was sceptical as i had not seen her when i checked in.. so i said sure let me give it to you at the reception desk.. the sweet lady became furious , saying "seriously - go drop it it the drop box..all rules will be applied to you".. I did drop it in the dropbox..
