「Staff did a great job taking care of us. They got us in a day early. The room assigned had a problem, and they reassigned us to a room that provided a great base for the weeks activities. Kitchen staff made breakfast enjoyable and delicious. Our room was very clean and well kept during our stay. 」

「Only downside, was that both rooms we stayed in 401 & 603 (both sofa beds were super uncomfortable to "sit" on. The section that pulls out for bed "sinks" to the floor when you sit on it. Its about a half foot height difference for the regular seat height and doesn't provide any firmness to the sofa) Other than that the elevators are super fast/clean, hallways are nice and wide. Breakfast provided ran out of food after about 8:30-9 during Saturday and Sunday "convention guests"?」
