「The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Paula was wonderful at check-in and Jody was wonderful with the buffet breakfast. Jody kept everything filled and the foods were hot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

「Worse staff ever. Took an hour check in. Room was prepaid. They charged $155.01. Stated system glitch. Supposedly refunded but it was charged again. Manager Rhema called me a liar and said it was her word against mine. Her representative Jessica said refund timeframes was 2 days. Had to call corporate. Still waitin on refund 」

「Really enjoyed our stay here! Long weekend with the family so we reserved a larger room with a wet bar. It was perfect. Beds were not too firm and very comfortable. Nice linen and plenty of towels. Our only complaint with the room was that the electrical sockets and USB ports need to be inspected on a regular basis to make sure they all work. Only one of the electrical sockets and one of the ports were working and when you have 3 adults and one child all with devises queuing for the outlets...

「Horrible! Lost power the one night - they didn’t know why. No storms. It was just the one block. The staff ( one person) was not helpful at all. Horrible customer service. I was there for work, WiFi didn’t work. Never recommend this place. No apologies about the loss of power, wasn’t willing to do partial refund. I’m going to dispute my credit card. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was so kind. Loved the pool area with a view. The brunch included with our stay was a cherry on top. Wasn’t your basic continental breakfast. Also, loved that we could enjoy the place a bit longer after checking out. The perfect tranquil place to escape to. Will definitely be back! 」
