"Weird check in process where they show you the room before signing you in? I prepaid on a nonrefundable reservation so had no real choice not to say it looks fine! The room was basic, bed surprisingly comfortable and a/c worked well, large tv, carpet stained but otherwise dated but clean. not many food choices at breakfast but coffee was hot. "

"I felt as if I teleported back to the 90s in this hotel. Only not in a good way. The front desk attendant was a bit unprofessional and the rooms were fairly plain for how expensive it was. "

"You're right in the heart of downtown within walking distance of just about everything. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The dinner at Ace Gillett's and the brunch in the hotel lobby were outstanding. We will definitely be back!"

"The pool is closed and has plants growing in the center, wrecked cars in the parking lot and someone was living in a van hooked up to a light pole. Nice of them to offer free breakfast, but it was pretty awful, especially the coffee. The bath/shower is in the room next to the bed instead of in the bathroom, not very private. We were charged $211/night. "

"Total disappointment! The room was filthy and bug infested. The shower/ tub was cracked and we couldn’t use it. The pool was filthy, I didn’t trust not showering. They were supposed to change us rooms, told us twice to come back later.. The third time we tried they said they were full and there wa son other rooms. The new hotel clerk said nobody told her. Whole staff was rude about the situation. We left our vacation a day early because I couldn’t stand being there."
