"Dalvay by the Sea has the charm you are looking for when visiting PEI. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds of the hotel have much to offer. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant and both were very good. The beach is minutes away by foot. Booked a room with a view and highly recommend. I know reviews have stated this already but rooms have no TVs so I am mentioning it but the hotel has so much to offer and makes you feel like you are stepping a bit into the past so it is not necessary. Lobby and common rooms have fireplaces, board games are available as well. Hope to visit again soon! "

"Great location near the water and great trails for waling. Very clean and quiet with all the required amneties. Appreciated the BBQ for cooking and the size of the cabin was great. The only recommendation would be a Keurig machine and some pods in the morning for late arrivals (we did get coffee the next day). "

"This is a charming rustic inn. The rooms are a walk-up from outside. ( Keep heavy bags or bad knees in mind) The room was very clean and the bed was so cozy and comfortable after a long travel day. Lovely antique pieces along with modern creature comforts like AC and microwave smart tv. Internet connection was better than many of our Maritime stops. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck for a while. This location felt very private. George was prompt with instructions and communication and check in was easy:) Lovely little stay on our way through exploring the island."
