I understand that inexpensive means that amenities will be minimal, but I do expect a clean room that creates a comfortable atmosphere. I have stayed at other Studio and Motel 6. This property does not meet this standard. In my first room most of the lights worked, but the toilet didn't stop running. In my second room, many of the lights in the room did not work. The bed was made so that a very rough and questionably clean blanket was on the bottom, the top sheet on top of it. I walked around the room barefoot and when I put my feet up on the bed I left black marks on the white sheet. I used a hotel towel to clean the floor and it was also covered in black. I used that towel to shimmy around the room for my two night stay. The bathroom door had water damage and the front face was separating from the door frame, and the hinges were operable but took effort to open and close the door. There was coffee in the room, but no coffee maker. I walked to the front desk (the phone in the room did not work) and there were no coffee makers available (Courtyard around the corner has a Starbucks). The staff was very nice but had limited ability to help.

First room we were given had no bathroom door. Front desk had no issue giving me a new one. Second room seemed fine. Found out the AC leaks (we eventually used a bunch of washcloths to make a dam to keep it away from the rest of our stuff. Bathroom was very unclean.

The toilet ran constantly. The doors to cabinets were falling off, electrical outlets were literally fally out of the wall . Exposed wires. Sheets had stains. Check in staff was nice but the property was terrible.

Rooms are clean and nice.property is ok,however staffer anwers phone and front desk is left unattended frequently. My room was given away after booking and I had to wait an hour to get a new room cleaned.. Overall, not bad for the money.

I spent Disney World Prices to experience A Bugs Life. Cockroaches everywhere. In the shower, under the bed, on the ceiling and on the table. After that, the staff barged into my room telling me I overstayed my welcome and it was time to leave. They had the wrong name after no-knocking my door. They disabled my key card so when I came back from being out at 330am, had no access to my room. A staffer outside refused to assist. And the staffer inside took a while to come out side and help. Avoid this place. I’d rather have a tent outside on Belvedere than stay here ever again.

There was a commotion involving a guest who was screaming and crying about her boyfriend who had beaten her, and he was trying to get into the locked lobby when I arrived. He beat on the door and broke a portion of the french door mullion, he then ran off and had to be caught by police. The woman "victim" was staying just down from my room, and continued to make loud noises with her door open until after 2:00am. My door locking mechanism only worked intermittently. Handyman "fixed" it, but it still didn't work well - door would not open with three different keycards. Interior "hardwood" floor was filthy. Remote control had only a few features on it and I could not get a channel "Menu" with the small remote. Reception office did not know how to operate the TV. Numerous guests were loitering on the nearby stairs well into morning hours (2 to 3 am) smoking marijuana and speaking loudly.

Room 354 Our stay from February 25 to March 1 was very disappointing, especially considering the price of over $200 per night. The room was never cleaned during our stay, even though we requested housekeeping. The staff told us they do not clean rooms during a guest’s stay, which was never communicated beforehand. The first night we didn’t even have pillows and had to wait until the next day to receive them. When it rained one night, the roof leaked inside the room, creating puddles on the floor and on a chair. I have photos documenting this. To make matters worse, when I asked for towels to clean up the water, the staff said they did not have any available. Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, especially for the price paid. I would not recommend this property unless management improves maintenance, housekeeping, and guest support.

Absolutely horrendous property. The room was filthy, the bathroom was dirty (shower, sink, floors, toilet), and there was an odor in the room. Clearly this is a discount motel for last minute stays but these conditions are absolutely unacceptable. The staff appears to only change the bedsheets with no cleaning of the rest of the room. I would advise anyone considering staying at this motel to avoid at all costs.
