"So I know years ago the area was torn apart by a tornado. They have rebuilt a new hotel attached to the water park itself but we stayed in what was the original building. The Splash pad/Waterpark itself was amazing! My only issues was the snack shack was closed and they only had 1 lifeguard on duty ..."

"Rooms were nice. The food options were not great, we were expecting the upper level restaurant to be open. They had it on their website and on the TV guide in the rooms but went to top floor and it was closed permanently. All we had was the bar or the lobby restaurant that was not suitable for kids ..."
