"Because of a business trip, we booked a total of 2 rooms and stayed for 5 days, a total of 10 nights. In the room I stayed in, the trash bin in the bathroom its plastic liner replaced for three consecutive days. On the last day of our stay, there was only about one-third of a roll of toilet paper left, and no spare toilet paper was provided. Seriously, I was too lazy to make a call to call for it, trouble. But, used my handy package ones instead. On one of the nights when I returned, as soon as I opened the room door, the room was filled with a strong, pungent disinfectant smell — an unpleasant chemical odor. The bed is dent in the middle, to me, it’s not comfortable bed."

"This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes."

"在小機場附近，但不巧我不是搭這個機場航班，沒有優勢，幸好到希斯路機場轉地鐵也可以直達，算是方便。鄰近單軌車站，交通方便，環境清静，可以到河邊散步，對面只有一間知名的中國餐館"一品"，没有超市或便利店，沒有任何購物點是最大缺點。"
