The lady at the desk was having trouble figuring out going through Expedia. Instead of a hold she recharged the room. I asked for 2 days about getting the charge off of my card. She kept saying she would take care of it. Then when we checked out she said because we didn’t owe anything it would automatically come off. Well that wasn’t true. Now it has been posted to my account and I get the headache of fixing it "
