「We stayed the first night opening and it showed. The staff was nice, but they did not have access to housekeeping areas, so our room had NO cooking utensils, hair dryer, or enough pillows for our bed, and there was no way for them to provide them because they had no key. And…the elevator was out of order…thankful that we were on the first floor! If you need or want any amenities, check before you accept the room. I do expect that things will improve with time. Would we book here again…probably...

「The breakfast were fantastic since they were in the adjacent diner that belongs to the company. You are given a $12 credit per person toward your breakfast. Weekends tend to be very very busy.」

Very charming property with large, luxurious Tuscan-themed rooms, a spa and a charming pool. It is a very good alternative to other stays in Lancaster City. 」
