「Cleaning staff were nice. Building needs a lot of maintenance work. Locks worked off and on. Pool and hot tub combo are nice but the water in the hot tub didn’t look so great after our first day, not sure it was getting cleaned. Heard other guests say the same thing. Only one working elevator, I don’t mind taking the stairs but they were in disrepair as well. On site kitchen seemed nice on the list of things but prices were a bit high for what it was. $15 for a 3 egg omelet I could get a the...

「The staff were friendly and checkin was easy. However, we were told the pool was open and it was closed. We also booked a king suite with jacuzzi tub, the room had stains on the chairs and carpet. Once I inspected the bed it had hair all Over the sheets and brown stains on the mattress cover. The bathroom curtain smelled like mildew. The jacuzzi tub had a few broken areas and caulk was separating in spots. Also the faucet leaked for both the tub and the sink. The cold water didn’t work...

「The room was clean, the bed comfy, and everyone was very nice and helpful.」

「Everything was clean and the staff were great. We did have an issue with the lock sticking on our door so we couldn't close the door. But otherwise everything was great. It's in a quieter location a little outside of Boone.」

「The property is updated and clean. A convenient location. My room had a view of back restaurant building, so not the best view. there's a cute balcony, but does lookover a busy street.」
