"An unnecessary amount was asked at the time of check-in which was no where mentioned at the time of booking. There was no water and electricity available in the morning. We were told that electricity is out but the 'aquarium' placed at the counter was ON ALONG WITH THE LIGHTS IN THE ALLEY so basically they are just DECEIVING the customers that electricity is not available while they had DELIBERATELY switched it OFF. "Horrific experience. My entire trip was ruined because of one night's stay at Woodstock. There is no hot water here and the water is incredibly dirty, I fell sick the next day and was sick for my entire trip after this horrible hotel. Absolute garbage in every way, which is consistent with all Polo Tower properties. Terrible company and terrible location. Disgraceful Service in every way. "

"My friend and I were welcomed the moment we entered the building. The check-in process was pretty fast, and they guided us to the room. I always wanted to show my daughter we have so beautiful places in India something we should remember, cherish & try to restore. Hence took my daughter to small heaven in the North-East side of India - Dawki a small village on the banks of Umngot River, near Tamabil Point on India-Bangladesh border. The water is so pure that you can clearly see the rocks & fishes from the boat & wonder how the boat is floating, how deep is the water... However this natural beauty is slowly getting destroyed with human greediness and laziness. People need to be educated and stopped from polluting these waters with daily chores.
