"Wow. Taj hospitality at it's best. Great location just outside Cuffe Parade Metro Station. You can go almost anywhere in Mumbai from there. Really quick service. Stayed in 5 star hotels around the world. Can honestly say that this has amongst the most attentive service anywhere. One small issue. Please provide and allow drinks service on the lobby area when entertaining guests. We were told that we had to take our guests into one of the restaurants to prove them with drinks. They were only visiting for half an hour."

"This hotel has few rivals in beauty. Only issue is the food. The restaurants are not so good and ridiculously expensive even by NYC and London standards. The room service options not great. Considering how awesome the hotel is, would expect better food options."
