「I had an amazing stay here during my five-week Oceania trip. My first night was unexpected—I needed an ambulance to the local hospital after a fall on the ferry—but the staff at Bay Vista were incredibly attentive throughout the whole ordeal. They checked on me during the ambulance visit and followed up the next day to make sure I was doing okay (four sutures along my hairline). 「Amazing apartments overlooking the marina and just minutes to the interislander ferry! The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable and all amenities were provided. So close to a range of restaurants and bars. Highly recommended! 」

「Although the reception is not opened for 24 hours, the duty staffs were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the ferry terminal, it is still OK because Picton is safe even we needed to walk in the darkness between the terminal and the hotel. In addition, two supermarkets are not far away. I will choose this hotel again if I come back especially the room rate is reasonable. 」
