"Great location and value added with breakfast included. I especially liked the fresh latte/coffee machine. Bedding a little scratchy and pillows not super great but the price was right! I would return for a one night stay."

"The room was beautifully decorated very large in size. We got a wonderful upgrade and the free breakfast was way better than expected."

"The hotel itself looks dilapidated around the corners (elevator, lobby, front of building). Nevertheless the room were very comfortable (no A/C because of the central system was out of service "WOW" - they provided a fan that helped, nevertheless the central system was set for heating "No A/C). Room service is not done daily, it was done in our third day because we requested it. Bathroom toiletries two towels for four days, one soap and one shampoo - unless you go to the front desk and ask for them. Is not worthy because of the location is far away from the old town and all landmarks. I will not pick on a future travel. Exterior needs a lot (A LOT) of cleaning and good gardener. This make the hotel look abandoned."

"Personnel gentil et accommodant. L’hôtel est propre. Prix intéressants. Resto bar sur place. Vous pouvez avoir frigo et micro-ondes directement dans votre chambre. Immeuble qui pourrait être mieux insonorisé. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, demander d’avoir une chambre à l’arrière."

"Love the valet parking. Location is close to all things downtown walking distance. Great ambience in the dining area and bar. Rooms clean and comfortable."

"First two nights there was no house keeping. I was told the hotel didn’t have enough linen to change the bedding and also they were short staffed. This was felt at check in, I wasn’t able to check in until 4pm which was incredibly frustrating as I needed the room to change for a conference. Check out is 11am so they had plenty of time to clean the rooms. I got the impression they only had a couple of people working in house keeping. The room was nice and spacious and breakfast was nice. Location was very central and good for amenities. Lots of homeless in Ottawa in general so wasn’t the nicest place to walk at night. We saw someone getting arrested outside the hotel door."
