「The outside of the building is being renovated, so it's a little deceiving looking, but this is an extremely nice place. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have is one of the elevators likes to play "roulette" in that you never know if you're going to land where you're planning to go. That's not a big deal though...we just rode it up and then back down.」

「The condo was clean, smells clean and was very comfortable, especially the beds. The pool area was clean and well maintained but the condo association (separate entity) is not keeping up the outside repairs of the buildings at all and mildew does exist on the outside only! 」

「Unit was clean and comfy. It is close to the pool and the gate to get to the beach. The porch has a clear view of the beach. Perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, and ice maker in the full size fridge, and all the necessities to cook. The master bed was comfy. A huge walk in closet held 2 roll away beds. Excellent location on the Seawall. Walking distance to restaurant, gas station and a super store for groceries and anything...
