「The sheets in the bed had blood stains and dried poop on it. Didn’t see it till I layed on it. This all after I checked in at 1am and had to work in the morning. I was soo grossed out I could fall asleep. Even though the front desk person came to see it, I did not even get a call from management to even apologize. Checked out and went to stay at another hotel for the rest of the my stay in Bilings. And to think that I paid money for a room like that?. And as if that wasn’t enough, someone tried...

「We loved the pillows ! The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff was fast. Room was very clean. The plug in tub worked which is a big plus for me.」

「This place is run down and dirty. Not properly cleaned. Room was dirty with trash from previous occupants lying around. Multiple things in our room were broken and there wasn’t even a coffee/tea pot. Sheets were not clean either. Tv would not connect to the internet. Breakfast was ok but not many options. Also the railing is broke and loose on the stairs which wasn’t very safe for my kids. I will more than likely never stay here again and I don’t recommend it.」

「On first look it looked great. Walls were thin could hear everyone in the halls, next rooms over, and above. People above us were making noise almost all night, running back and forth in the room. The bathroom had mold in a couple different places, the ventilation fan must have been clogged up. Heard the rooms were renovated recently and they may have been, but i don't consider paint and caulking renovated. The bathroom door is separating from moisture. There were broken tiles, the mirror frame...

「Nice reasonably priced hotel just a few minutes away from the airport. I've stayed here twice and both times my room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had trouble with my TV and the lady at the front desk immediately came to my room and fixed the problem. I felt safe here as a lone female traveler.」
