"This place is extremely run down and dirty. There were stains on the walls, sheets, and floors. The pictures looked like it was newly renovated. DON’T BE FOOLED. After we checked in and saw the room, we immediately left and booked a room elsewhere. I could not even imagine getting into the bed. I did not make a refundable reservation. So, I ended up wasting the money for the room. But it was worth the extra expense to not have to stay in such a seedy, disgusting, room."

"Arrived very early, staff very pleasant and I was allowed to check in early! Room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, heat/ ac comfortable and quiet. Near airport and expressway, but room was very quiet! Hot breakfast with gravy, eggs, sausage and biscuits. Neighborhood was slightly run down, lobby restrooms were locked, but never felt unsafe inside or out. Nearby Waffle House Staff were also very friendly!"

"Was very clean and quiet. Only complaint is the cost of food on site is high and the smoke alarm went off in morning. Elevators made me nervous and location isn't as good as i expected "

"Room was very nice. Just renovated BUT do not get an “adjoining” room. You can hear the people next door like they were standing beside your bed. Also, the key lock on the side door of the hotel didn’t work consistently. Had to keep playing with it. Very frustrating. "

"We did the check-in process, which was easy however, by time we made it to the room we were not even in the ring for five minutes before going back downstairs to check out due to the room condition. The front desk lady was so accommodating, trying her very best to handle our situation and was working with us since we did book. The third-party got on the phone and had to play a little bit of phone tag between the site looking through and the hotel directly. "
