I stay here 2 or 3 times a month and it seems i'm charged a different amount month, sometimes for parking, sometimes discounted parking, this last time they wanted an additional hold on my card and worse of all.. No cookies in my room this time! The cookies are awesome usually!

Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free.
