"Ceiling fan needs to be replaced, makes annoying noise. Happy hour way understaffed. They would have made more $$ if had 2 servers instead of 1 . There was probably 15 to 20 people, 1 server"

"The staff is so accommodating and all their small gestures really elevate the experience. There’s three amazing restaurants onsite along with a casino which helps making decisions for dinner easy. Property is very well maintained and overall very clean. I highly recommend the Ritz for your next travel destination. We will be back!"

"This was my boyfriend’s and I first time in Turks and we stayed 4 nights at the West Bay resort. Truly had an amazing experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The included breakfast was a great plus to this hotel. The pool and beach were breathtaking and clean. Keep in mind, if you want to explore, be ready to take a taxi or rent a car as this hotel is very secluded. Also, bring cash because the nearest atm is about a 20 minute walk and the taxis only take cash. We were okay with staying in the hotel and enjoying the beach during our stay. I loved that they set up the beach and pool chairs for you so you didnt have to lift a finger. Our rooms were cleaned twice a day (maybe because it was the slow season) but this was a great experience. Our only complaint was that on the last day, we had to call twice to get bath towels. But we were able to get them eventually. I would have liked if there was another restaurant option or a gift shop. We went to Waymar (property next door) twice to check out their restaurants."

"This property is a golden spot, right on front of a beautiful reef that can be explored right from the white sandy shores of the hotel. An amazing place, a very friendly staff. Very peaceful and well maintained. Our room was prime , right on front of the ocean, cannot get any better. I will truly recommend this hotel to any want. We will definitely come to the wind song on the Reef in T&C. A very wonderful experience"
