"Customer service was poor. Promises were made about rooms and compensation for issues that could not be resolved. Although the hotel itself was nice and clean. Location was great. The issues with the staff and the rooms made the vacation much more difficult especially for disabled people."

"Having renovation going on during July 4 weekend was ridiculous!! The main bathroom was closed for the day! The door was not locking right, someone fixed it later somehow.. The location and the views are wonderful, it's pity that such a nice location is managed so poorly..."

"This hotel is not worthy of $1200 a night. I really want a refund. Holiday inn would be 10x better. Not enough parking available for guests. Yesterday people parked on the grass. Wherever there was a little space. AC does not exist. We had spa appts, also no AC in the spa. Plus a heat wave did not ..."

"The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund."
