staff friendly .beautiful room ,beautiful beach

hope to stay more time,when i reach the hotel ,it was 10pm，everyone was sleeping,but the beautiful pink madam get up to help me ,but she cant find my booking,but she give me a room without money ,because it is so late ,thank you very much~

Don't stay there

Room was dirty. Long black hairs in bathroom. Grimy dirty walls and curtains. Stank of paint fumes. Dirty microwave an oven. Dirty pool. Noisy Building site. No onsite reception. Just a mobile no. Tacked to reception door. Asked for a power board. Not forthcoming. Should be advertised as a backpackers.

NO WORKING FACILITIES

This hotel room had no heater, tv was broken, the wifi doesnt work at the hotel at all. Manager said its not connected. Room stinky, musty smell as the damp has been painted over years ago. Cupboards broken and squeek Couch has a huge tear right down the middle Cold air comes in threw the doorway Complained to manager and checked out after one night, was given a full refund and informed that the apartments are individually owned and that the owner had been instructed to renovate or people would complain but had refused. Was asked to not write an honest bad review as the manager said that she had told the owner on the phone just before we checked out that she was not going to rent out his apartment anymore until work had been carried out. I obliged but on having to return to the hotel the next morning to pick up my daughters teddy bear that she had accidently left behind, l discovered that they had rented out the apartment yet again for the night that we had cancelled. Was annoyed that we had yet again been lied to. This apartment stinks, is musty and needs a complete makeover, l am a travel agent and WOULD NOT recommend this apartment to anyone, its not rentable.

Basic with all you need. Good budget.

Basic old apartment, but with all you need. Front ones a bit noisy because of traffic, especially if you are not used to traffic noise. Perfect for a short stay.

ビーチに近く静かで素敵なホテルです。

スタッフの叔母さん達が優しく親切な対応で室内も広々として一人での滞在には勿体無いくらいでしたが、居心地は良かったです。

Outdated

The hotel is very outdated, our room had no fan or aircon, it was pouring with rain so we couldn't have the windows open and the room got very stuffy. The hotel wanted a $300 cash deposit on arrival, but the receptionist accepted a $100 deposit after I said I'd rather cancel the room and find somewhere else to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

フロントの方が親切で片言の英語でも丁寧な対応で接してくれた。滞在中の交換タオルや備品類には関してはセルフサービスで自分で必要な物を収納庫から部屋に持って行くシステムになっており、部屋のゴミ捨てや掃除も自己で行う様になっていたした。

Satisfactory for short stay.

No lift to first floor made it extremely difficult to get bags up stairs as we are mature aged ladies with back issues. Therefore would not stay again.

Great staff

Thank you West Beach Lagoon for having such accommodating staff, I really appreciate you going the extra mile and putting aside a room on the ground floor for us (family of four, inc. A young baby and an older lady who's had a hip replacement recently). We don't enjoy driving to Perth, let alone staying overnight, but that made the weekend go much more smoothly....thank you again! If we're in the area again, will be sure to stay at West Beach Lagoon!

ホテルのスタッフ望んで方々は、片言の英語でも親切に対応してくれて感じが良かった。 ロケーションはテラスから海が見えてビーチのすぐ側でショッピングもスーパーかま近くにあって便利です。

Road works made it difficult to get around to the beachfront and boardwalks which is why we booked to stay on the beachfront.

struttura piacevole, ben ubicata, appartamenti confortevoli un pò carenti sotto il profilo delle dotazioni della cucina (pentole, padelle ,posate ecc).Assolutamente ingenerosi nella concessione di un prolungamento del check- out, peccato. Preso d'assalto da gruppi di giovani sportivi che, in alcune ore del giorno, riempiono l'aria di frastuoni assordanti ma fortunatamente di sera, non schiamazzano affatto. Poca privacy all'esterno degli appartamenti, così ho cambiato il mio, ubicato al piano alto, senza ascensore, con uno più piccolo al piano terra d'angolo, un pò più appartato.

The room above me had a wooden floor.

A really nice place and value for money but completely let down by listening to chairs and high heels on the wooden floor of the room above.

Nice Hotel

Had a room close to the pool, kids had a great time. Would recommend it to families. The restaurant at the hotel was lovely, food and staff very good.

Beach Holiday - Great Motel

We were not too sure regarding the condition of the Motel (from reviews on the internet) but we proceed to book this property. It is a cosy place. Easily accessible via car or bus. About 100 m from the Beach access. Scarborough is revitalizing this area and construction will end in 2018. Nonetheless, we were not affected. The place had everything we needed. Though it is dated, everything is functional and clean. Only thing we had some issues with was that there was no lift - we had to go up and down stairs each time. Not a real problem unless you have heavy luggage (which we had - shopped too much and each luggage bag was 20 kg to 30 kg which we had to carry up and down the stairs) Staying in this type of place allows you to meet and interact with the locals (local tourist and residents).

Close to cafes and Scarborough Beach

Good location, nice pool & spa, restaurant next door, 200mtrs to beach & Coles, staff friendly & accommodating. Aircon outdated so very noisey and didn't reach bedrooms so slept in lounge. Traffic noise from main road loud. Moved to ground floor with split system and thicker curtains that blocked street lights & traffic noise. Had a great nights sleep. Recommend to families with teenagers but make sure you nook a room on the ground floor. Many thanks to the receptionist - you're a star!
