"Checking staff was very friendly. Wanted a late check out and they accommodated it at no extra cost. The elevators were slow as hell but at least they worked. Room wasn’t stocked completely. Missing some towels and soap to wash your hands.Overall not too bad for the price."

"I have not stayed in a Motel 6 since my college days 50 years ago. Was expecting the minimum--a bed, hopefully with no bed bugs and we got a newly remodeled room, a powerful shower with endless very hot water, and a front desk of smiling welcoming people. "

"We had a great stay at the Hoffman Estates, The rooms were spacious, had a refrigerator and comfortable. The breakfast had a variety every day. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had only a few issues the bathroom door to Toilet & shower was awkward, would have been nice with nightlight or dimming options and elevators not working well. Overall great experience for all."

"The restaurant was amazing. The buffet breakfast had such a variety. The rooms were clean, beds were the typical hotel beds. Pillows were a bit stiff. There was one issue with the shower. It would make very loud , wall vibrating noises when on- other than the noisy shower, our stay was very nice. We wanted to stay another night."

"Breakfast was better than most. Hot tub was as hot as it should be and hours were longer than other hotels. The best thing about this hotel is the front desk mngr, Lisa. She is a delightful treasure. You expect desk personnel to be helpful & pleasant but Lisa not only went above and beyond but welcomed us back every time we walked in the door."

"When first walking into the hotel we immediately noticed an odor. This odor lingered throughout the hotel including into the actual room. The toilet in the bathroom smelled as if someone had just had a bowel movement. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The tv didn’t have very many tv options and the WiFi didn’t work which interfered with my work. We were there for 3 days and no one offered to clean the room. Paint on the walls chipping and the water pressure in shower and sick were very low. The walls are very thin and you can hear people walking above you if one a lower floor. The only nice thing I can say is that the staff were nice. Breakfast was okay. I would not stay at this hotel again. "
