「Had problems Checking in on the phone Fortunately there is a person @ the reception from 10am to 8pm,otherwise I would have been screwed. After checking in the sent the room# but no code for the Key Box. Breakfast was fabulous and Room was way bigger than expected Overall a 10 except the "virtual check in" sucks」

「Lovely hotel and very convenient for visiting Wernigerode Castle.」

「Large hotel in the centre of Wernigerode about 10 mins walk from the railway station. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Room comfortable and clean. The hotel does seem to have a number of coach parties so can get busy at times.」

「Super tolle und stylische Zimmer ! Gerne wieder !」

「Very big room for 3 people!」

「We hebben genoten . Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook」

「Good hotel and breakfast. Clean and close to city center. Only last day there was no warm water to shower」

「Sehr nettes Personal.
