"I upgraded my room to the suit for the jetted tub, and it did not work I went to customer service around 2 and no one was there then I went down to customer service at 8 to let them know they said because I booked with Expedia they could not do anything but offer a food voucher, I called Expedia and they said they couldn't do anything only hotel."

"Stench of smoke, pool closed, the staff was unconcerned and dismissive. There are not enough luggage carts so people hoard them and keep them in their room. The food in the restaurant was over priced. We were supposed to stay there on the way home and canceled. "

"The staff was fairly nice. The room was clean. The first floor window was open when we arrived and the lock or frame was busted so we couldnt lock it. We didnt feel safe, the staff couldnt lock it and we were told that big city people get too worried about the area. It took over 2 hours, but they finally got approval to move us at 10pm. The shower was also clogged on arrival. I don't think I'll be a return customer."
