Paid $1680 for 3 nights, they charge an extra mandatory $25 per night resort fee for use of bikes and paddle boards that are not able to be used during icy or snowy conditions, should be optional and that’s on top of what I already paid expedia. We had the king jr suite, did not have the couch pictured inside and paid extra for maybe 2’ of extra space around the bed, other than that the amenities are the same as a normal queen size room. Paid extra for a Mountain View which was just a view of the hospital with mountains above it. The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallway, the heater unit turns on and off every two minutes and is loud, the heat pump outside must have a motor going out in the compressor because you can hear it trying to go every 30 minutes or so. The instant coffee in the room is terrible, went to the coffee shop downstairs nobody was there at 10am so I walked to J5 instead. The floors in the room turned my white socks black on the bottom so bring slippers or your stuck putting your dirty socks in/ on the bed or change your socks constantly. The location is the only good thing about this place, not worth the price.

Room was comfortable but all towels/sheets had long brown hairs on them and the ac/heat window not was very loud! We stayed 12/26 and the staff was sparse and not very knowledgable. Not the experience I expected for how much they charged to stay close to Christmas. If they are going to charge that high of price a cleaner room and staff that can answer any question with more than I don’t know should be required.

The fridge was dirty, the bathroom was dirty not enough towels, the bed frame was build out of plywood and was not sanded, there wasn't even a tissue in the room there wasn't a closets, no drawers, nowhere to put your clothes and no wifi.And the reservation was found after 50 minutes,, the staff and front desks was incompetent and we had to leave after 2 nights because of service, cleanlesnes I am hoping for a refund without any further problems

Hotel was great! The wifi and tv didn’t work while we were there because of the recent storm, but everything else was great. Code was easy to use to access the building and room. Room was a nice size and they are super dog friendly which was the best part. Would definitely stay again!

The roads to Levenworth were all closed due to the storm and the power was and still is out in all of Levenworth so we couldn't go. I have no idea how good or bad the hotel is because I didn't get there

We were asked via text our arrival time. We listed 1pm. We weee told as long as the room is ready and we get the code we’d be good to go. We arrived at 2 pm and tried the code and were locked out. We asked for assistance but there’s no one on site. Told to not call and text instead, took a while to get a response then told it was and additional $25 just to access the room 90 minutes early. Even though it was ready and empty and we were not warned of early check in fee earlier

Lakeside cabin was amazing!! Cute and cozy had a towel for the pups!! Didnt bring ours but the thought was wonderful. Bed was soft instant coffee was drinkable untill i made it to the property kitchen. Will definitely make this a more permanent stay destination on our adventures.
