We booked a "mountain view" family suite as advertised on Expedia, but the room had no mountain view and was not a family suite. I.e. false advertising. 2. "Lovely stay overall. The setting is beautiful and very relaxing. Breakfast was made to order and consistently excellent, and we really enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting each day at 5:30pm—a lovely touch that added to the experience. The bathrooms, while very clean, could benefit from some modernising and refurbishment. One small note: pool service was a bit slow, and there is a tray charge and tip automatically included with pool drink orders. The amount is minimal, but it would be helpful if this were made clear prior to ordering, or simply included in the drink prices. Overall, a wonderful stay and a place we would happily return to."
