"Convenient location, but lacking in cleanliness and service. Le Méridien is close to major museums and Karlsplatz station, making it very convenient for getting around. However, the hotel feels outdated, with dim hallways and aging infrastructure. Cleanliness was inconsistent. I was given a bathrobe with stains on it and had to ask for a replacement. The room also had issues with old wiring that made clicking noises, which I got around by avoiding certain light switches. The shower pipes also made a constant loud, almost drilling sound. When I asked staff for help, they not only dismissed the noise levels by saying it wasn't that bad, but told me there was nothing they could do until the next morning. I eventually fixed it myself by adjusting the shower knobs, but I would have expected the housekeeping staff to know that and be more helpful. The hotel also seemed overbooked and a bit noisy at times. Overall, a convenient location but not up to expectations for comfort or service."

The hotel is very well-connected: tram, metro, and bus stops are all within a 5-minute walk, and the airport is just 30–40 minutes away using public transport. It’s about 15 minutes to the city center and main attractions, which is perfect for sightseeing. Luggage storage was available, which was a big help on our last day. Breakfast was a highlight—buffet style, starting at 6 am, ideal for early tours. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the 24/7 gym is a great bonus. Overall, a top choice for convenience, comfort, and service in Vienna."
