「酒店位置比较偏，在城区外的山区，是个度假的好去处，周围环境不错！酒店看着很新，设计也不错。但是服务不敢恭维！ 假期出游开的新能源汽车，办入住时前台告诉我，酒店停车场的充电桩有些不好用，让我自己去逐个试试。结果是有3辆车占用了3个，其余的充电桩全都不能充电。没办法，只好第二天去城区找充电站充电。 房间里没有冰箱，凯悦旗下的度假酒店居然是这这样的硬件设施。 」

「Room: Dirty, it is a new hotel operates since end 2023, can see the room was not completely cleaned after built when I stay in Mar 2024. I have allergy on my skin after 2 nights stay. 「It is generally ok except the unprofessional front desk service. When I checked in around 10m late night, I was asked 2-3 times which companies I was from, I replied just check name but the front desk kept asking, which was a bad experience. In addition, the staff who served check-in had no name tag. When I asked is there any chance I can get updated on high floor lake view. The reply was: no, you must stay the room you booked. Wow, a great check in experience. 」
