「The check-in process was seamless and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted me with genuine warm welcome. Throughout my stay, every staff member—from housekeeping to concierge—was attentive, professional, and eager to help. They truly make you feel like a valued guest. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of elegance and modern comfort. Shuttle was also very convenient. 「This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, I basically like this hotel because I feel it new, model, clean. I recommend to all my colleague who need to go to Sri Lanka. 「Jennis and his wife are extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. Not only were they able to assist in my commute to the airport and back, they were able to help me to items I needed, plan other upcoming trips and even store my luggage until my final stay before returning home. Jennis even kindly gave me a ride to the bus stop and would not even take any money!! Top notch establishment!」

「THe hotel is very dirty and smelly. There s no cover for the blanket but only bed sheet. Washroom door is broken and unable to close. Rubbish bin is not cleared before our checkin and smelly. Hotel staff are nice and friendly though.」

「Beautiful hotel, very centrally located and right next to the ocean. Our room was nice and spacious and clean. Staff and management were very nice and helpful all around. Eg 1: I had hurt my ankle the previous day, and over our 2 day stay, they assisted my wife in getting ice for my leg. Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us). 「This property and the folks within it, are truly gems! Conveniently located, we were amazed to be in the heart of Colombo one second, and in a beautifully manicured garden with a perfectly designed pool surrounded by large trees and fauna.
