「It was a beautiful hotel. I will say the morning staff at the registration welcome desk, specifically Gretta, was not warm or friendly, very robotic, and never smiled, which really removes the whole inviting customer service appeal. The valets were awesome, especially Raymond, very personable. The breakfast was amazing, and I loved the outside dining experiences, especially in the morning. The other staff were also fabulous, room service turned down our beds, and they were both professional...

「I booked this property for an event nearby and it was perfect! I booked the executive suite which was clean and neat and affordable! The outside and the inside are well-maintained! Plenty of shopping/restaurants across the street and nearby! Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area :) plus the staff were exceptional!」

「The elevator was inoperable during my stay, which was an inconvenience. The person on duty was able to accommodate my party and keep it on the main level to avoid using the stairs, which I can't do due to health issues.
