"The hot breakfast was exceptional and truly worth choosing this hotel over others that include breakfast. It was different every day, but included various omelettes and meat, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, as well as various breads, waffles and yogurt. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I’ve met. And I travel a lot. "

"This building needs a lot of repairs. Our room had a bed mattress that seemed new but the pillows flat. The bathroom shower was broken and had to be held and the counter had old sink and faucets."

"The gym needs a fan badly as there is no air circulation! The hotel was unique and fun as we have come to expect from Graduate hotels! The parking garage is treacherous space wise, but geographical footprint is limited in a downtown/haymarket area, so tight spaces are expected. It was quiet even though we had seen no short of 1000 inebriated 20 somethings during our stay"

"Fitness center had broken treadmill--I was notified upon arrival, however, it was an inconvenience. Coffee for coffeemaker in room was not replenished. Kurig style coffee maker would be nice. Room was clean. Facility was ok, but showing some age. No variety for breakfast."

"Needed extra blanket and was told they don’t have extra blankets. We reserved the room with two beds and pullout couch and had no bedding for pullout couch. Breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs were watery and sausage links undercooked."

"Room was clean, nicely furnished and had nice attention to comfort and needs of a traveler. Built in suitcase holder, coffee machine, iron/board, hairdryer and breakfast in morning. Easy access off interstate, close gas station and restaurants all in a safe location. "

"Bed had a couple spots resembling blood stains. Shower was a little behind on maintenance. Water never got hot, but did get very warm (which was sufficient for me). Pillows were poor. Everything else was great. Spacious rooms and aesthetically pleasing. "

"I was to tired to ask for another room i just slept on top of the coveres because there was a small blood stain and i was already had a bad day and wanted to chill and was excited for the hot tub and did not get use it someone took a # 2 in the pool there fault but was upseting because thats why i went there"
