「We always stay at Hampton when we travel. However, recently, I have begun to notice an unpleasant trend. Has there recently been a company memo sent out to your locations that require the front desk staff NOT to smile and NOT to in anyway indicate that they are happy the customer is checking in?? Good Lord, is their job so miserable that they act like they have been on duty for 36 straight hours? I am a business owner and I realize how hard it is to get decent employees. But geez, can’t they...

「clean and comfortable room」

「Nice staff. The hotel is very clean and well-cared for. Breakfast is tasty. There is highway noise but that’s probably true of all the hotels around it as well. A very good place for the price.」

「Very nicely maintained and well-appointed. One suggestion would be to put some acoustic absorbers in the pool area, as it’s like an echo chamber. A few loud mouthed people there made it unbearable.」
