「The wi-fi was out of service. I had a meeting the next day and needed to send documents but couldn't. I asked the front desk at night. He claimed the tech company had been called and also that he reset the router. I asked again at checkout - was told they frequently had troubles with the wi-fi. Thus this hotel, otherwise a good value in a good location, must be crossed off my list.」

「Room smelled pungent of smoke and ice bucket had water floating in it. When we checked in the attendant was no where to be found around 9:30-10pm. Kept ringing the bell at front desk. After 5-7 minutes she showed up. After walked into our room and it smelled so awful went out to the desk to ask what we could do and she said if it doesnt clear up come back and ask for some febreeze. Was supposed to be non-smoking room! Then asked for water and she did not have any. Just not a place I would...
