「The outside of the place looks awful with the window screens all cut up and the ac units bent up. The room was awful. The arm chair had a huge stain and the fabric was shredded up. The floor was sticky. It was just a very run down property. They shouldn’t be able to show pictures like they do bc the pictures aren’t correct. 「This was not my first time at this location. I had stayed many times including a night less than a week prior. I ALWAYS travel with my service dogs (one for me and one for my daughter). And in literally hundreds of hotel stays over the years, never had an issue. However, when I went to check in, the clerk first accused me of having 4 dogs, then it was that my dog 'was not a servjce dog breed' (based on video he watched of our prior stay he claimed, which actually left me feeling really creeped...
