"Wonderful Staff"

"Stay was very comfortable. Our room had 2 queen beds but there were only 3 bath towels. Lots of charging ports in different areas of the room, yes! Bed and pillows were comfortable, it's a newer hotel. One star taken away because l saw our shower curtain had a dried up booger and i saw a small rubber band/hair elastic on the corner floor of the bathroom so maybe just a missed area while cleaning. Only thing I wish the bathroom had was the standard toilet seat lid. That's where i place my clothes while showering! Breakfast was ok, the usual offerings of instant scrambled eggs, sausage patties and make your own waffles. The coffee dispenser was a joke, bold coffee setting was so watered down that dishwasher water would look like dark roast in comparison. Overall, i can overlook these things and would still consider staying here again. "

"I arrived at 10 pm. Doors to the lobby were closed and locked, service was through a window, which had a sign over it that said back in 15 minutes. There was someone at the desk, but they said I would have to wait for her to do some paperwork that would take 15 minutes. Within 5 minutes, 3 other people had walked up and been turned away. Not sure what paperwork was more important than customer service. Amenities - no refrigerator, and wifi access meant not free, but I was not given a rate or process either."

"The. only thing is i felt thr water pressure for the shower was weak. The scramble eggs were very watery a nd the gravy was terrible.The staff was excellent. "
