"Breakfast was good, check in was fairly quick. We have stayed at this property before and the rooms in the main hotel were okay. This time, we had a room in the north tower. The elevators were down so the only elevator available was a small service elevator that only had access through a long, dark ( no lights on) hallway. When we got to our room, only one lamp worked and the other flickered and only worked sporadically for about 10 seconds. The remote for the tv would only work when it was pointed at just the right angle. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and the bathtub drain was rusted. The bed mattresses were well worn and I kept rolling to the middle of the bed. The room had new wallpaper and the carpet was clean. "

"Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. Desk, tv, closet, iron and ironing board. Lots of plugs for devices."

"Check in was smooth. Breakfast was as expected. The room itself was fine, but the entire first floor hallway smelled musty, and the hot tub was closed and pool deck did not appear extremely clean. Our bathroom and the lobby bathroom were both less than desirable with either rest or mildew along all the fixtures. Also, there were spiders in our bathroom."

"The staff was very nice, except no one came to clean and/or bring fresh towels on the second day of my stay. The gym was lacking, the bathroom needed an upgrade and there shoul dhave been a few more breakfast choices."

"Cancelled the reservations weeks before the final date to cancel and they charged the rooms anyway. Be careful if you need to modify or cancel your reservation you may get charged anyway. Had to file a fraud claim to get the money refunded. The hotel site could not do it even though instructions said any charges would be refunded by the hotel itself and not hotels.com... very confusing."

"Just a little upset that we paid close to $200 for 1 night and the breakfast was lacking Wish they had hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy When we went they had just a few scrambled eggs and waffles No sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy or potatoes Everything else was fine The rooms were clean and comfortable Seems like all hotels could do better on prices "
