The room was large and had plenty of space to move about. Whilst the building felt a little tired in places, overall the hotel was pleasant to stay in and other than a noisy car (probably another guest) leaving fairly early the hotel was quiet. Breakfast had a range of options, including 4 different fruit juices.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Easy stay for a family looking to visit the Harry Potter Studio. We were a family of 4. Had the Harris ‘suite’. Breakfast was abundant.

The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable could be more biscuits on the coffee tray the staff were all friendly and helpful only negative was on the bar menu it says smashed burger which is a thin pattie but the burgers we got were normal ones so I think you need to check with the chef to why your serving normal patties burgers and not smashed which is on the menu it was still a nice burger ok

It’s a Hilton, comfortable bed, helpful staff , nice breakfast. For some reason I always find this hotel quite noisy from people in the corridor, public areas. Good access by car .

The hotel was tired and in need of repair, missing ceiling tiles, there was blood on the duvet and generally not inviting or particularly plesant. Especially for the price paid , disappointing for a hilton. Breakfast was however lovely
