"There was some debris from a previous traveller on window sill. Rooms were clean apart from that. Large spacious room. But looked a little tired, and worn. Very friendly and helpful staff, as the keycard repeatedly wouldn’t work, due to a door error. Room a good size if you have extras maybe pram/ cot etc. Didn’t hear the trains over airconditioning unit. So kid slept well. Wouldn’t take my car there… the allocated parking was a unbuilt lot. But so convenient for trainstation which was just a few mins away Thank you"

"Very friendly & helpful staff (thank you for changing our two rooms to keep our family together). The hotel has everything we needed for a single night stay before visiting the Warner Brothers studio. The bathroom was clean, just a little dated. The traffic noise was fairly loud on the front of the hotel, but we were able to close the windows thanks to a fan which was supplied by the hotel. The hotel has a very small car park but we arrived fairly early and got a space."
