「We booked 2 rooms as a family and were really impressed. We’ve been to other 4 star places and were so dissapointed. This place is impressive. Good food, friendly staff, really clean with lots of extras. We will go there again. And a nice spacious parking area. Very safe enclosure.」

「It is a lovely place really love the staff , friendly lady very helpful and always cheerful only downside is the walls are thin you can hear everything from other guest! But otherwise it’s lovely」

「Honestly such a wonderful experience, a big shoutout to Expedia for having fantastic customer service. We initially had a major issue with our booking but they assisted swiftly and ensured we had an even better place to stay.」

「A wonderful hotel across the street from the Menlyn Park mall. The restaurant serves excellent meals and the rooms are comfortable. Staff are friendly and eager to help.」

「The room was not clean. After telling the front desk thr came to the toilet. But after being in the room saw how the sheets were not clean bins not emptyed dust everywhere. Restaurant service was terrible. The food i ordered was raw. Even after waiting 1 hour for the food. Overall very disappointing. I have stayed at the town lodge many times but this time was terrible 」

「The hotel was great. Staff, professional.」

「The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. Only two issues are not good: 1. Location, it requires travel to the nearest shopping mall but not walkable distance. 2. The room I stayed is quite noisy. 」
