"建物や部屋の内装〜家具などは素晴らしいです。気になった事は2点です。チェックイン、チェックアウトを含め、朝食会場での従業員の態度などは最悪です。この点だけなら星は１つです。やる気がないなら転職すべきです。そういうものを求める方にはお勧めできないホテルです。もう一点は、Wifiが弱すぎる点です。私は4階の部屋でしたから他の環境は分かりませんが、とにかく繋がらない、すぐに切れるで使い物になりません。以上の2点が大きなマイナスポイントです。施設などは本当に素晴らしいので勿体無いです・・・"

"Rattana Park Hotel was good value, with a clean spacious room. New fluffy white towels and crisp white sheets. Good hot water in the shower which some hotels lack. Would recommend for a overnight stay and would stay again myself"
