「This was a non smoking facility. The room they game me was awful. As soon as I entered the room you could smell cigarette smoke. I found cigarette ash left behind. When I went back to the front desk and explained the situation and asked for a different room, her response was that there werent any more rooms available. The manager overheard and immediately found 3 empty rooms for me to look at to move to. She flat out lied and expected myself and my 10 year old to stay in smoke. 」
